Explanation of this research survey
Before completing this research survey, please ensure you have read the participant information sheet which can be found at: www.northumbria.ac.uk/parkinsonsnu
This research survey has been developed by an expert panel made up of specialist nurses and Parkinson's UK with support from researchers at Northumbria University. It has been designed to capture the working lives of as many nurses as possible so that we can evaluate the scope and value of different models of nursing in the field of Parkinson's, across the UK.
We understand that there are many different professionals working in what was traditionally a Parkinson's Nurse Specialist role. For the purpose of this research, we will refer to everybody working in this role as specialist nurses.
We are looking for input from specialist nurses whose day to day role involves caring for people with Parkinson's in the UK. The questions will be about your role, organisation, education, training, and so on. The results of this research survey will contribute to an evidence base for services provided by specialist nurses working in the field of Parkinson's.
This research survey should take between 15-45 minutes to complete. You will be able to go back into the research survey as many times as you wish (just provide your email address and a link will be sent to you).
